2 Part Yoga Retreat

Nov 6-21-22 

 

Nov 6th We Fly to Delhi & stay over in the 4 * Pride Plaza Hotel for 1 Night or you can find you own accommodations for the 1 night stay.

Nov 7th. We will be transported by van to Rishikesh to Sattva Retreat Spa Center. We merge as group into the Summit Yoga Music Festival in Rishikesh India. We will roam the center get a massage facial or shop at local towns. 

Nov 7-11 The festival will begin. We will be joining yogis and Yoga teachers, musicians from all around the world at the Summit Festival, on Sattva Center & Spa nestled at the foot hills of the Himalayas. This will be 5 days of very high energy/vibration.The land alone embodies a transformative feel. I myself have had many life changing experiences.on Sattva, you too will  have a transformative experience.

À la carte Fresh squeezed juices, cappuccino, coffees, chai tea, extra meals if needed, eggs also available. Ayurvedic Spa treatments.

***Must let me know if you require a special diet or need eggs daily.

Through the journey you will experience the stimulation of all our senses through, Sights, Sounds, Smells, Tastes, like NEVER BEFORE!

This retreat caters to all levels of practitioners. You will experience yoga with world renown teachers, musicians, ecstatic dancing, wisdom sangha’s, daily Hindu rituals, fire ceremony's, chanting, meditations, hiking, dipping in the Ganga, white water rafting, visiting villages, Beatles Ashram,  shopping for authentic Indian treasures, jewels, gems, malas, henna tattoo’s, beautiful pashmina shawls, sari’s, silks, white clothing, mandalas, deities. ETC!

 

3 meals a day of India cooking form the local farms. You also have the option of indulging in the Ayurvedic Spa on sight(Al-lacarte) 

 

Nov 11 -12th  We leave the Summit to journey onward  by a reliable travel guide that I have used many times on my India retreats to Taj Mahal & Agra Fort, Ranthambore National Park, in a jeep safari and stay over night the the jungle itself, for tiger sightings.

Nov 13-14th  We tour the Holy city of Rajasthan. Ride camels & experience the Festival of Camels. This event happens 1x a year . Camels are exquisitely adorned with jewels, tattoos, silks, paints, tinsel etc.  We will check into the 5* Crown Plaza Hotel in Shri Lanka.

Nov 15th Touring  city of Pushkar visiting Famous Brahma Temple dedicated to lord brahma, more then 400 temples are in Pushkar. Drive to Jaipur.

 ​

Nov 16th  Full day in City of Jaipur. 

 We will sight see and tour Amber Palace, to Amber Fort & embark on an elephant ride, visit Sheesh Mahal, Jal Mahal (Water Palace) visit Mubarak Mahal, (Clock Tower), visit Palace Museum & Jantar Mantar Observatory built in 18th century

Nov 17th.​ Return to Delhi & Fly to Shri Lanka 

Relax for the evening in Negombo beach. 

​

Nov 18th Drive to Dambulla visit elephant established in 1975, next stop is Anuradhapura with temples, dogbas, monasteries, then off to the World Heritage Site, Cave temples, complex of 5 caves, painted walls& ceilings, containing over 150 images oh Lord Buddha, & massive rock carves figure of Buddha spanning 14 meters high.

 

Nov 19th Danbulla- Sigirya Rock - Minneriya National Park, Visit the Sigirya Rock Fortress dates back to the 5th century it was once a royal palace. 1200 steps through the mirror wall & giant paw of a lion Siriya means lion fortress. 

Next travel to Minneriya National Park to see elephants roaming free along with other manuals, reptiles, 200 pieces of birds, buffalo wild boar, spotted deer, leopards, crocodiles.

 

Nov 20th

After Breakfast, we are driven back to Colombo airport board commuter flight to Delhi, stay in Hotel over night

Nov 21st Fly Home

 

After breakfast we will be transported back to Delhi Airport, (Gandhi International airport terminal #3) ​

The Journey to India Includes:

All excursions in Rishikesh & Kerala 

• 3 veggie meals at Sattva Summit 

• Breakfast & Lunch in Kerala

• Daily transpiration on all group excursions

 You are responsible for
1) Student Visa - must be applied for by August. We will give the info you need to acquire .
2) Passport must be up to date for India entry and return + 6months
3) Airfare to Gandhi International Airport in Delhi from your home base.
4) One night in Delhi  at an airport hotel (we will provide you with hotel info)
5) Airfare to and from Delhi to Derihdune Airport by commuter plane (we will provide the information)
6) Commuter flight to and from Derhidune to Kochi Kerala & back to Delhi (we will provide info)

**This will come to the amount of $500.00 which will include all commuter flights, & transportation for the Shri Lanka Journey

Cancellation fee prior to Sept 1st, is 10%, after Oct 1st, it is 25% of deposit.

 

Full payment is required prior to October 1st, 2019

**We are limiting our group to 18 people on this journey.

 Tracey are very passionate about ensuring that each one of our guests has an ultimate experience, and for that reason we are hosting only 18 guests.
