The physical, mental and spiritual benefits of yoga are well-known and documented – including lower blood pressure, increased strength and bone density and reduced anxiety, in addition to increased flexibility. 

There are a variety of styles available to fit most needs.

They include Ashtanga, Iyengar, Pranayama, Vinyasa Flow, Bikram, Hatha, and Yin to name a few. 

For two Jupiter area yoginis, teaching distinctly different forms of yoga – Yoga on Water and Kundalini – their paths would cross, ultimately taking them on a spiritual journey half a world away.
