   1) Sunrise class 40 mins Breath work & Mantra,

   2) Main morning class 90 Kundalini/ Tantra,

   3) Yin Class 

   * We will offer 3 workshops on Mental Fitness to build 3 core muscles for your  mental                                      fitness with Melissa OHara  (late afternoon) followed by  Yin Yoga  class,

 Pricing quotes are double occupancy in superior rooms with views of the   Mediterranean ocean.

* 2 meals a day. The center offers vegetarian & vegan menus.

 *1 complementary  massage or facial with the estheticians or massage therapists on site. 

 * 6 Excursions to be announced, hiking, cooking classes, tour, sight seeing, local historic sites,         geo-caching, greek dance lessons, donkey ride, snorkel, scuba dive lost wreck * must be   certified , paddle board or paddle board yoga.

  Twice Daily Yoga in one of 3 magnificent Yoga Shala's that offer a spectacular views           of mountains & sea.

    Let me tell you a little bit about what to expect when it comes to the yoga. Where             ever you are at mentally, physically & emotionally my teachings will meet you where        you.

 Yoga is offered to any level of physicality, to expand your senses and drop out of your   day  day routine, while renewing the best aspect of you. (morning & evening classes.

  My specialty is mental fitness, understanding how to strengthen the mind so you do   not  live in   stress or fear , then from there it is a trickle down effect throughout the       entire body. My techniques stem from Tantra  liniage which is a fundamental of Kundalini. Tantra is the mother of all  Yoga ( unity= transforming) I will be teaching powerful life changing breathing technique to activate your  manifesting powers, meditations & kryias / to cleanse the subconscious mind. I will also be  offering anyone who wants a personal practice so they can expand on the practice and bring it  into their everyday life & grow from there.
